How much does it cost?
Both Bowen and Reflexology cost £40 per session if you come to me in Battersea or £45 for home visits.


Will I feel any after effects?
Different people will respond to treatments in different ways. Some feel an immediate improvement in their conditions and a renewal of energy. Others may feel tired or lightheaded for a while or a increased stiffness in parts of the body worked on. These are all part of the body's healing reaction to the therapy and are part of the healing process.


Can I have other therapies at the same time as Reflexology or Bowen?
Because of the nature of The Bowen Technique, we ask that you do not have any other hands on therapies during the course of your treatment.

Reflexology is more easily combined with other therapies but please mention to your therapist if you are planning any reflexology treatments.
